本聲明適用於 AI Native Health Limited 營運、只限獲邀人士參與的 Kika WhatsApp 內部軟件測試，並不適用於研究參加者服務或臨床服務。請只使用虛構測試內容，切勿傳送真實健康資料、身份證明文件或其他人的資料。參與屬自願性質，不參與不會影響其他服務。
This notice covers Kika’s invitation-only internal WhatsApp software test, operated by AI Native Health Limited. It does not cover a participant research study or clinical service. Use invented test content only: do not send real health information, identification documents, or information about other people. Taking part is voluntary; declining the test has no effect on any other service.

我們使用獲准測試者的 WhatsApp 電話號碼限制存取及傳送回覆，並接收訊息文字、按鈕選項、訊息識別碼及時間，以及傳送、閱讀和錯誤狀態。我們保存測試內容、答案、進度及通訊偏好，以驗證訊息、暫停與恢復、答案保存和錯誤復原功能。應用程式記錄使用編碼識別碼，但獲授權管理員仍可與私下設定的電話號碼對應，因此並非匿名資料。測試程式不會下載不支援的媒體內容。名單以外的來訊只在接收時核對，不會由本程式保存或回覆。
We use approved testers’ WhatsApp telephone numbers to restrict access and route replies. We receive message text, button selections, message identifiers and times, and delivery/read/error status. We retain the permitted test content, selected answers, progress and communication preferences to check that messages, pause/resume, answer storage and error recovery work correctly. Application records use a coded tester identifier; authorised administrators can still associate it with the privately configured number, so it is not anonymous data. Unsupported media content is not downloaded by the test application. Messages from numbers outside the tester list are checked in transit but are not stored or answered by our application.

WhatsApp/Meta processes communications through its business messaging platform under its own terms and privacy policy. Kika’s application and test records are hosted on Amazon Web Services in Singapore. Authorised project and technical personnel may review test records for troubleshooting. The public policy page is hosted by Vercel, which may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and protect the website. These providers may process their own service and security information in other locations under their applicable policies. We do not use this test to sell data or send marketing.

4. AI and the current test
目前 WhatsApp 傳輸測試使用固定、非臨床的問題及回覆，不會把 WhatsApp 對話傳送至語言模型。另設經身份驗證的工程測試使用虛構提示詞測試 Azure GPT，推論可於亞太地區進行。如日後把 WhatsApp 對話接駁至人工智能或開始研究參與，我們會在相關用途開始前更新本聲明，提供適用資料及同意程序。Kika 內部測試不提供輔導、診斷或緊急監察。
The current WhatsApp transport test uses a fixed, non-clinical question and replies; it does not forward WhatsApp conversations to a language model. A separate authenticated engineering test uses Azure GPT with invented prompts; inference may run across Asia-Pacific. If we later connect WhatsApp conversations to AI or begin research participation, we will update this notice and provide the applicable information and consent process before that use. Kika’s internal test provides no counselling, diagnosis or emergency monitoring.

5. Retention and safeguards
測試訊息、傳送記錄及個別回覆記錄會設定於收集後 30 日到期；進度、已存答案及通訊偏好則於測試者最近一次相關活動後 30 日到期。資料庫自動到期刪除並非即時完成，實際移除可能需額外數日。應用程式操作日誌保存七日；獨立的基建保安審計記錄按其設定期限保存。復原備份可能再保留較早副本最多 35 日，還原後的資料仍須遵從刪除要求。測試者獲准存取期間，電話號碼保存在限制存取的設定內；存取終止或提出刪除要求時會移除。儲存記錄受存取控制及加密保護，但任何服務均不能保證絕對安全。
Test messages, delivery records and individual reply records are scheduled to expire 30 days after collection. Progress, stored answers and communication preferences expire 30 days after the tester’s latest relevant activity. Automatic database expiry is asynchronous, so physical removal may take additional days. Operational application logs are retained for seven days; separate infrastructure security audit records follow their configured retention. Recovery backups may retain earlier copies for up to 35 additional days. Restored data must remain subject to deletion requests. Approved telephone numbers are kept in restricted configuration while the tester remains authorised and are removed when access ends or deletion is requested. Access controls and encryption protect stored records, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Stop messages, access, correction and deletion
在測試對話傳送 STOP 或「停止」可阻止新的回覆，但已在傳送中的回覆不能撤回。STOP 不會刪除之前的記錄。如需查閱、更正、刪除資料或從測試名單移除，請以「Kika data request」為主旨電郵 kika@ainativehealth.com，提供已登記電話號碼及要求，毋須提供不必要的健康資料。我們可能先核實身份，並說明處理結果及適用的保存限制。在手機刪除對話不會刪除應用程式記錄。WhatsApp／Meta 自行持有的資料須按其程序提出要求。
Send STOP or 停止 in the test chat to block new replies; a reply already in transit cannot be recalled. STOP does not delete earlier records. To request access, correction, deletion, or removal from the tester list, email kika@ainativehealth.com with the subject ‘Kika data request’. Identify the registered number and your request, but do not include unnecessary health information. We may verify your identity before acting and will explain the result and any applicable retention limitation. Deleting a chat from your phone does not delete the application’s records. Requests to WhatsApp/Meta about their separately held data must follow their own process.
